Task Force. These bodies are \nresponsible for formulating and promoting ESG-related policies and guidelines and clearly setting out the \nCompany\u2019s commitments and targets for environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate \ngovernance.<br \/>The policies and measures formulated by the Sustainable Development and Nomination Committee and \nthe ESG Implementation Task Force focus on reducing the environmental impacts of operations, promoting \nemployee well-being, and continuously enhancing transparency and ethical standards in corporate \ngovernance. The Board places great importance on sustainable development. Its oversight encompasses sustainable \ndevelopment policies and their implementation, risk management, ethical corporate management, \nclimate change response, energy management, human rights policy, workplace safety, stakeholder \ncommunication, and other matters, thereby putting the Company\u2019s philosophy of sustainable operations \ninto practice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-indent: -2.4em;\">II.  Crowe (TW) CPAs provided independent limited assurance on the 2024 Sustainability Report in \naccordance with TWSAE 3000, Assurance Engagements Other than Audits or Reviews of Historical \nFinancial Information, issued by the Accounting Research and Development Foundation. The 2024 Sustainability Report was completed and approved at the third meeting of the 19th Board of \nDirectors.<\/p>\nOn March 10, 2026, at the sixth meeting of the 19th Board of Directors, the Board \napproved the establishment of the \u201cSustainable Development and Nomination \nCommittee Charter.\u201d On May 8, 2026, at the seventh meeting of the 19th Board \nof Directors, the Board resolved to establish the Committee under the Board.
