Corporation (hereinafter referred to as \u201cAGV,\u201d the \u201cCompany,\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d) in accordance with the \u201cRules Governing the Preparation and Filing of Sustainability Reports by TWSE Listed Companies.\u201d By issuing this report, the Company transparently discloses its sustainability practices and performance across the three dimensions of environmental, social, and corporate governance, enabling stakeholders to understand AGV\u2019s efforts in corporate sustainability and \nthe fulfillment of its \nsocial responsibilities, \nas well as its commitment to 2-2<\/span>\n<br>\nThe data and content disclosed in this report mainly consist of information from 2025 (January 1 to December 31, 2025). The reporting boundary covers AGV Products Corporation and excludes subsidiaries that are not listed on the TWSE or TPEx, subsidiaries established for investment, financial, or tax purposes, and subsidiaries over which the Company does not exercise operational control.
