our social responsibility policies according to the ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) Base Code and our working rules pursuant to the Labor Standards Act. The main requirements of the policies and rules are briefly described as follows\uff1a<\/div><div><strong>1. Social responsibility policies\uff1a<\/strong><\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(I) A freely chosen employment relationship\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(II) Respect for the rights to free association and collective bargaining<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(III) Safe and healthy working conditions<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(IV) No child labors<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(V) Payment of wages sufficient to sustain a living<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(VI) No excessively long working hours<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(VII) No discrimination<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(VIII) A regular employment relationship<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(IX) No cruel and inhumane treatment of workers<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(X) Pollution prevention and resource conservation<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(XI) Ethical requirements<\/div><div><strong>2 Working rules\uff1a<\/strong><\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.1 Discipline and order at the workplace<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">1. No smoking and prohibited goods in the workplace.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">2. Be obedient under the direction and supervision of managers at all levels and provide your opinion on improvement to your supervisor.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">3. Protect and do not waste public property.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.2 Occupational ethics and professionalism<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">1. Do not divulge, externally, any business or technical secret of any department.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">2. Do not arbitrarily read any document, letter, design drawing or information not under your management.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">3. Except for conducting the business of our company, no worker may use the name of our company when engaging in any business not within his\/her personal responsibilities and powers.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">4. Do not engage in any external business that is likely to prejudice the business of our company or which is the same as that of our company.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">5. Do not use the working hours or resources of our company to carry out any activity not constituting the relevant business of our company.\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">6. Our company may, due to business or working needs, order any employee to transfer to another position on the condition that such transfer does not violate the Labor Standards Act. The transferred employee must complete job handover and take his\/her new position within a specified time limit, and may not refuse his\/her transfer with any reason.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.3 Personal ethics and self-discipline<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">1. Employees must keep their integrity, respect other\u2019s personality and help each other to jointly achieve our business objectives.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">2. Employees must be honest in their daily behavior and must not be involved in any conduct that may cause harm to our reputation, such as being licentious or extravagant, visiting prostitutes or gambling.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">3. Employees must perform their duties as practical as possible instead of being afraid of difficulties, avoiding or delaying their work without any reasons.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">4. Employees must have innovative spirits to seek for work efficiency.<\/div><div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">5.
