About the Report
This report is the 12th “Sustainability Report” issued by AGV Products Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “AGV,” the “Company,” or “we”) in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Preparation and Filing of Sustainability Reports by TWSE Listed Companies.” By issuing this report, the Company transparently discloses its sustainability practices and performance across the three dimensions of environmental, social, and corporate governance, enabling stakeholders to understand AGV’s efforts in corporate sustainability and the fulfillment of its social responsibilities, as well as its commitment to continuous improvement.
Boundaries and Scope of Reporting GRI 2-2
The data and content disclosed in this report mainly consist of information from 2025 (January 1 to December 31, 2025). The reporting boundary covers AGV Products Corporation and excludes subsidiaries that are not listed on the TWSE or TPEx, subsidiaries established for investment, financial, or tax purposes, and subsidiaries over which the Company does not exercise operational control. The scope of the data and information disclosed in this report is consistent with that of the annual report, covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025. Any information subject to a different reporting scope is identified separately in the relevant section of the report. In addition to taking into account GRI’s materiality requirements, the Company applies more rigorous standards in preparing this report. Through continuous improvement, it reviews its data collection processes and scope, and it enhances data quality year by year.
Principles for Compilation
The structure of this report follows the GRI Universal Standards 2021, published by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in 2021; the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies; the Recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD); and the SASB Standards issued by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
External Verification GRI 2-5
The information and data in this report have been provided by relevant departments, compiled by members of the sustainability reporting organization, reviewed by managers of the centers of the sustainability organization, and sent to the President for approval, finalization and publication and to the Board of Directors for resolution according to administrative procedures. We have engaged Crowe Taiwan to provide independent limited assurance of this report in accordance with the Standard on Assurance Engagements No. 3000 “Assurance not classified as audit or review of historical financial statements” issued by the Accounting Research and Development Foundation. For the related items and scope of assurance, see Appendix 5 of this report “CPA’s Limited Assurance Report.”
Restatements of information GRI 2-4
The Company did not restate any information during the reporting period from January 1 to December 31, 2025. Accordingly, the data and information presented in this report remain unchanged, with no material revisions or adjustments. Their accuracy and completeness have been preserved to reflect actual circumstances during the reporting period.
