Prohibition of Insider Trading Implementation:
為強化股票交易控管措施，禁止公司內部人(包括但不限於董事)利用市場上未公開資訊買賣有價證券，依「上市上櫃公司治理實務守則」修訂本公司相關章程，依該程序規定，本公司相關內部人(包括但不限於董事)不得於年度財務報告公告前30日，和每季財務報告公告前15日之封閉期間交易股票。
