OatBella X Fu Jen University Food Science Ice Cream: Launches Popular Oat Milk Ice Cream

OatBella, the international plant-based brand under Koya Biotech Corp., an AGV Food Group investment, aims to promote the innovative development and popularization of plant-based products. Recently, OatBella collaborated with the Department of Food Science at Fu Jen University on an industry-academia project to develop plant-based ice cream. On December 15, they unveiled the new oat milk ice cream flavor at the famous "Little House Ice Cream" on the Fu Jen campus, drawing long lines of students eager to try it.

 


傳統霜淇淋多以牛乳為基底調製,後疫情時代全球植物基商品熱銷,間接帶動植物基霜淇淋的火熱銷售。燕麥奶領導品牌愛之味以燕麥奶取代牛奶,創新研發出0乳糖,同時綿密口感等同於乳製冰淇淋的燕麥奶霜淇淋,對於素食者和乳製品過敏的消費者而言,真的是ㄧ大口福。
OatBella更打破傳統框架,開發出常溫燕麥奶霜淇淋漿,可直接倒入霜淇淋機中無須兌水即可製成綿密滑順的燕麥奶霜淇淋,以此解決冷鏈配送問題,首創國內霜淇淋製程上的一個全新紀元。

 

輔大小木屋冰淇淋當天難得盛況重現,ㄧ大早學生就大排長龍,迫不及待的想親嚐第一口植物奶冰淇淋- OatBella燕麥奶霜淇淋。吃過的同學都表示,口感超級好,完全複製出乳製冰淇淋的綿密口感,不禁豎起大拇指比讚!
此次植物基霜淇淋聯名的長久合作計畫,將由高野健康生技提供技術,也期待輔大食科系學生能共同激發創新更多的味蕾體驗,為校園注入全新的植物系冰品樂趣。
