Plant-based products are the rising stars of tomorrow, with major global food companies investing resources in developing sustainable health food strategies. To align with international innovation industry trends, the Ministry of Economic Affairs is actively promoting the "A+ Enterprise Innovation R&D Excellence Program." In collaboration with the Food Industry Research and Development Institute (FIRDI), AGV has officially established the national-level "AGV Plant Milk Technology Development Center," creating a project to upgrade Taiwan's green industry through leading-edge research and development.

OatBella, the international plant-based brand under Koya Biotech Corp., an AGV Food Group investment, aims to promote the innovative development and popularization of plant-based products. Recently, OatBella collaborated with the Department of Food Science at Fu Jen University on an industry-academia project to develop plant-based ice cream. On December 15, they unveiled the new oat milk ice cream flavor at the famous "Little House Ice Cream" on the Fu Jen campus, drawing long lines of students eager to try it.
